Hi,
I'm thinking of respeccing my lvl 75 incinerate scion from torment into this build. This looks great. I was thinking of using Gang's Momentum. Also I have +1 endurance charge from merciless bandits and used warlords mark to always have endurance charges + extra mana and life leech, but since the change in how EB works mana leech is kinda pointless. I must say it's the first time I feel so overpowered playing this game. The combination of speed with whirling blades + the survivability is so fun.

Its in the first page. Not sure I recommend it anymore though since 2.1 is close and Incinerate is going to get shredded by nerfs.
