help with hideout (standard league)

i have this old issue or bug or whatever it is. had it before and fixed it somehow but i don't remember how.

i have the coastal hideout.
i hava zana, elreon and catarina in it. no idea why my 4:th master isn't there anymore. used to have four in it but my hideouts tend to change a lot from all the different leagues.

zana is lvl 7
elreon is lvl 7
catarina is lvl 6
vagan is lvl 7
vorici is lvl 6
tora is lvl 7
haku is lvl 7

the wiki says i am supposed to be able to have 4 masters yet when i try and invite haku it says hideout is full.

how do i fix this without losing reputation of my masters. elreon is close to lvl 8. don't wanna risk it.

When the leagues merged your hideout either got wiped or merged with the permanent league. You might need to upgrade your hideout to the level 7 one by talking to the master who gives that tileset. Also check the 4 masters that aren't in your hideout are actually in their respective towns. There might be a master hidden somewhere in a dark corner in your hideout.

i think it is haku who offers my hideout and he is currently in town in act 1 for some reason. when i try and invite him it says hideout is full.

yes i also think my hideouts from the temp leagues got merged with the permanent league somehow. that is what's causing this. but it's only speculation at this point.

i'm still looking for some help if anyone has had a similar problem or knows what to do.

There are two different stages to a hideout, the first fits three masters, the second upgrades to fit four. A previous poster already indicated this was likely to be your problem so what you need to do is dismiss one of your current masters, then invite Haku. When he's in your HO click on him and in the menu of choice he offers should be one that says something like "Upgrade Hideout". Select this and your screen will refresh, your HO will be physically larger and you'll then be able to invite a total of four masters.

You can only upgrade the HO with the Master it belongs to, so you won't see this prompt to enlarge the HO with any other Master.

The only way to fix it without losing master experience would be to change to either zana or elreon hideout which would allow 4 masters, invite haku to the hideout and then talk to haku to get his hideout again. However, this would lose your current hideout layout if you have it decorated nicely.

If you are wanting to keep the hideout decorated the way it is and not redo it, the only way would be to dismiss a master, losing their current xp.

do i lose all crafting benches? if i lose all crafting benches it becomes a catch-22 situation and i don't like those. to add all crafting benches i would have to invite each and every master again. and then i would lose their reputation progress anyway. correct?

what i don't understand is why i only have 3 masters. i can swear i have had 4 masters in my hideout.

Your current XP on those masters would be safe. They are in your new hideout (no invite nessessary)

If you change your Hideout to another, all your decorations and crafting benches placed in the old one, can be found in your Hideout stash to use it again. You wont loose any XP of your Master, because there is no need to reinvite all masters.

When leagues merge, the hideout with the most decorations is the one kept. If you don't want to lose a hideout, make sure it has more decorations than any others you have when leagues end.

Just so you know you can use the chat command /claim_crafting_benches to get all benches without having to dismiss any masters.

I'm not even sure why you'd have to change hideout to another master's. Wouldn't it be possible to just talk to Haku in town and Create Hideout to automatically get the upgraded version of his Coastal Hideout? That might even let your current decorations stay in place.
