No console port okay but at least gamepad support please

I'm not even sure how this should work, since the whole game is played with the mouse cursor and not directional inputs.

First of all I hate beeing a "Pokemon-Trainer" and only give commands. I like much more direct player control. What is the problem to control the mouse cursor with the right gamepad stick? How I say I dont need changes in the UI, I only want native gamepad support.

Before they add native gamepad support there should be a lot of other things happening like reworking colorblind mode

My friend have been so annoyed over Act 4, Doedre is where he simply said fuck it and didn't bother anymore and I had to guide him to what circles did what because they were all identical to him since lmao-dark-and-edgy-design.

When I search through the Internet there are tons of post about this term (Steam, Reddit, This Forum, etc.). So I am not the only one who wish that gamepad feature is implemented. I dont know why PC-Players are so passive agressive when people would like to have gamepad support.

However I think you guys are not my community and this is also not my game then. I quit playing and posting here. I really would like to give poe a try but there is no point for me to play this game when there are better games with basic features out there.

Ok let me explain
You probably got to act 1 or 2 in normal so far
And i bet you think its a neat and nice experience and that it might even be cool with a gamepad
Once you get to merciless and actually start doing endgame content you would get into trouble with a gamepad
theres several reasons for this
one being mouse over enemies to read their modifiers, especially in combat that would be extremely hard to do with a gamepad
second being having to use the mouse in a very fast manner especially if you ever want to do any build thats more hit and run than just face tanking stuff (wich is pretty hard/impossible with quite a lot of bosses)
this is not basement clearing simulator 2k15 its path of exile its catering to a community that enjoys a challenge.

As far as i see you didn't even try to play the game with keyboard and a mouse, just complain that you can't play it with a gamepad and then get angry when people tell you why it probably won't happen anytime soon or at all.

I have tried the game with a different account because xpadder and pinacle gameprofiler are third party tools and maybe detected as hack or cheat for that I tried it with an different account as a test.

yes of course I didnt tried it with mouse and keyboard, why?, see my first post. But here again: I sit on a bean bag chair in my gaming room, there is no way to play with mouse and keyboard when you are not behind the desk.

Yes, people tell me and its wrong, thats the problem. These statements comes from the same guys who said you cant play shooter with gamepad and so on. Only because some people are really bad with gamepad, that means not that all people are bad with it.

For your information I play League of Legends, BF3, BF4 and Minecraft on PC with gamepad as well and it works actually well. So when Mouse and Keyboard players are so superior where are they? After 1200h playtime in Bf3 and BF4 I can say you can be also good with gamepad against mouse/keyboard players.

Maybe mouse and keyboard is superior but there are a lot of people out there (95%) who not using the full potential of mouse keyboard, so those people are beatable with gamepad. When I cant win against the rest 5% its okay for me.

How you say maybe it wont happen anytime or at all but its okay there are better games out there or be announced for example: Diablo 3, Advantures Van Helsing, Lost Ark or Umbra who will get gamepad support.

In which world the community refuse a nice to have basic feature? Yes in the Path of Exile Community/World. So like I said I think you guys are not my community but thanks for answering and giving your opinions. Now I know at least in which state the game is.

Thing is 99% of the community would like the resources of GGG spent on actually things most people will enjoy, not the 1% who want to gimp their playstyle because they refuse to sit behind a computer desk to play a game.

Have a look in the forum a lot of people want gamepad support. Even in Redit and Steam they post about it.

I am not delusional cause I play now about 10 years with gamepad I never met people who are so much better. I met only people like you who say you cant play with gamepad and then those people are losing in a duell on pc.

This is my main account not a fake account. I was testing the game with a fake/different account cause I was afraid that third party tools maybe detected as Hack or something like this.

And comon man I have an 15.000 Euro Surround-Sound Device and 4.000 Euro TV honestly I dont want to sit behind a desk I must sit in the middle of my room to have the best experience. My whole setup works well I dont change it for one game that dont support gamepad support.

The games you are referring are pretty arcade. Those easy games can be ok-ish on a pad. Try counter strike instead to see if the pad will help you .

Sometime gamepad users on pvp games pc vs console can have an advantage because they also have auto-lock option since it s harder to be precise with a pad. It is not being better, just using a cheat.

Just learn to play with a mouse and keyboard and you ll never comeback to noob gamepad.

Those games are not good to play on gamepad, not with the amount of reflex and quick escape and dodge you need to do. YOu would probably never pass cruel A4 playing with a pad.

A gamepad is only good for simulation, fighting games. Just learn the keyboard and mouse and you will become better at pc gaming.

If you can pay 15000 euro for a tv and sound system you can pay few euros for an OP gamer wireless mouse and a great wireless keyboard. Also Playing on tv suck And you should have invested on a bigger screen instead .

If you don t want to adapt for one game I doubt the devs would want to adapt for one picky customer.
