AA gives 12% or 13% phis/fire reduction max level if remember correctly. It is nice, but i prefer flat 30% damage reduction on mobs with additional debuffs. @eragon1111 I might be wrong, but rallying cry seems not to work along with CWDT (rallying cry is warcry, same as enduring cry, which is not working). You dont really need bm staff to run all 3. Its a nice addition but not a must. Slap into tree one conquerors efficency gem, and from lvls and int you will have enough unreserved mana. Also its possible you will axidently 1shot yourself on Atziri with bladefall aoe. Arctic Armour provides only chill to attackers if you are moving, enfeeble gives perm 30% less dmg taken. I would take enfeeble anyday over aa for cyclone. Enfeeble gives also reduced crit chance crit multi and accuracy to enemies, meaning its harder to get one shot or even take dmg as evasion char.
