Clinton was by far the worst candidate, even from a liberal perspective. Virtually no one was in bed with the military-industrial complex deeper, except perhaps Obama. You're acting as if Trump was McCain or something; if it was McCain vs Clinton at least I would have had to really think about it.

The whole "CIA fake dirt" drama had me hoping he truly would be an enemy of the deep state, as his campaign promises seemed to indicate. I thoroughly believe that, if we're not at least mildly concerned about our president getting assassinated by the CIA JFK-style, then we have a shitty president.

I think Trump still has it in him; I view his recent remarks as cowardice rather than conviction. I hope he finds his bravery again, as this is the closest we'll probably ever come to taking down the military-industrial complex. I don't think we have any chances left.

He's a crowd surfer, he's as corrupt as the puppets he shouted about. The guy is amazingly stupid, I'm amazed only slightly more by the people who say he is extremely clever. He can't run a country responding to how the crowd reacts to the shit he spews. Other people will do that for him, those other people are the corporate puppets that he claimed to be draining from the swamp along with the even worse ones he (is attempting to) put in.

He never 'had it in him' he was, at the end, the only choice the people were given, due to the hubris and corruption of the Clinton gang who worked both parties to make this result happen, stupid fucking idiots, LOL.

I think there are still two chances left in Bernie or Tulsi. I hate to look at things partisan (it's ruining your country). Rather, personal policies from people who will go through with them and won't fall to corruption, but as I am not partisan I'll attempt a Republican chance candidate and all I can come up with is Gowdy, although he only gets that mention as nobody else on the right even comes close.

Tulsi is the sexiest person on the planet right now and it's least of all for her looks.

I think you're both wrong and judgemental. The CIA are not all bad guys, some of their directors were bad but saying every single of them are bad and corrupt is like saying every single Arab is a terrorist.

Of course they're not all bad guys. But I think it's beyond some of their leaders happening to be bad; I think it's systemic, such that a good leader installed today is corrupted by next year. Vietnam, Iraq, PRISM, now Russia... this is a behavior pattern decades long which has outlived many changes of leadership. A lot of this has to do with non-appointee positions near the top which are not regularly purged by the changing of presidential administrations; some or all of these positions may be outside of the CIA proper (ex: lobbyists).
