I think warlord's mark setup is enough, as you get hit you cast vortex, warlord's mark and immortal call, you get instant leech.

You lose a lot of es without a es shield.

How's the damage with only 1 regular consuming dark, and a regular regalia as chest. I have a nice 6L regalia and I play HC. On the guide you said 2.4 bosses require cd + IM, is that harsh of a dps loss?

I have been running a pyre ring and 1 consuming dark with vortex as I level, and it works well for clearing trash in lower maps. I doubt it would do well later on though. I'm just replacing firestorm with vortex and controlled destruction with increased aoe in my five link and it seems to work best.

I am going to be doing this build in breach hardcore. Just wondering how many consuming dark do i need for the build 1 and a shield or 2 to duel wield?

1 and a shield.

Even in SC dual-wielding the daggers is not really necessary. But I'd absolutely not drop the defense the shield gives you for a bit more damage.
