" As Dkodr said, its the same tree, no changes at all. " "Better" is a highly subjective term when it comes to builds in PoE. Look at videos of both and decide which one looks more fun to you. Both work on lower budgets and canscale very well with gear, i´d say that Blade Vortex is easier to level as and works better on a minimal budget. quality on EK will kill you in the Atziri fight. ITs ok for mapping but for Atziri youneed one without Q Current Builds:
