[2.6] TankyTwirl - PhysSpell CoC Cyclone

Getting Dual Curse as a Option would be cool but idk if that would even be the same build.

Needs a way to apply the second curse and i honestly don´t know how you would do this without a 2nd Blasphemy.. and then you would need more reduced mana reservation or skip hatred for it.. so ye.. idk.

It can work but i´d say that another build then.

Have you thought about maybe starting as scion for this build in the new league and going something like Berserker/Slayer or Berserker/Trickster?

Berserker gives 10% increased damage as well as the 1.5% life leech pretty much allowing us to remove the life leech gem from the 6L. Adding in slayer would give us another 30%dmg against uniques and rares, and also pretty much 15% increased attack speed.

I am thinking about Berserker/trickster would be ideal for mapping while slayer would be great for Tough bosses such as Atziri?

Scion is indeed not as bad as i thougth, Berserker Lifeleech + Warlords could indeed be a free link, as 2nd one i would choose Assassin for 1% base crit on Spells and Attacks and Power Charge generation.

Leveling as Trickster in Perandus atm, free Cyclone + WB is amazing so far!
Did not switch to CoC atm, leveling as Ele Cyclone.

I got Assassin Ascendancy on my lvl 94 LowLife Version in standard and it gets 95% Critchance on the Bladefall now.

Guess i could spec out of some of the Spellcrit nodes now...

Your weapon has to help a ton. I can't crit enough to run cyclone yet. Running BF, which works well. I'll get there though! :)

Edit: Just bought one of those weapons. Works like a charm. Cycloning faces off lol.

Yes the Weapon is great for leveling as CoC its really amazing!

100% recomended to get it as its only 1 Alc.

I´ll maka a build thread for this once i get it rolling.

I will level this one further later on, i can say that the new trees are working, leveling can stil lbe tough from 40-55 when life starts lacking and you can´t switch to hybrid yet but its doable.

Tested Assassin in Standard and Trickster in the new league, overall i feel like Trickster is more fun to play with no worrys about Mana ever.

How do you run Hatred+Discipline+Warlords on Blasphemy with your current trees? The total of reserve comes to a 120% and you only have put 12% reduced reserve in the trees.

As Trickster you don´t run Warlords, only Herald of Ice as you don´t need the Manaleech and i found HoI very enjoyable on the LL Version i played. (can also run HoA for more tooltip but HoI is just to great i love shattering)

You can use Warlords on a low level CwdT to get the additional Leech, as the leech does not scale with levels, its allways 2%.

As Assassin you need a Enlighten 4 (or 3 in a +1 Item) or take the additional mana reserved nodes in the tree.

Alright, thanks for the great response. I was really studying every possibility with the old setup and couldn't figure it out. :)

Some Updates on the leveling in the New League.

I got my other build to 80 and got some currency to invest in this one so i could get some decent gear.

Now it feels amazing.. i just crushed Merc Izaro at lvl 70 with a lvl 17 Bladefall Gem on a 5 Link.

New inc. Crit strikes is OPopie, we get 93,5% Crit chance without Diamond Rings or quality on ICS or CoC.

Bladefall is around 60& Crit chance with Doomcast left to take so i´d say we get 70% on BF and 80% or more on EK.

Damage is still VERY good on Bladefall alone.

With the Full Ascendancy i feel like Trickster was a really good choice, Shadeform is 900+ ES and the Evasion actuall stacks to a decent amount that we can boost to amazing levels with the new Stibnite Flask. (Blind+100% inc. EV)

I am really happy that i pulled through the shit gear times, was so worth it again!

Current Gear at lvl 72:


Sitting on 1527 Life + 6228 ES with the listed Gear.

I feel like Assassin would be wasted ascendancy points with the great crit values we can get as Trickster. Free Cyclone, Whirlingblades and Flicker just feels soo good, EV+ES boost is amazing too.

Scion would still be a good option with the free Leech + some other Ascendancy, i´ll maybe try that on a standard respec later on.
