Try to use Haku or Elreon to craft Resists on the Gear you have. It only costs some Alchemy Orbs or Alteration orbs. If you have some other Orbs you can also use http://currency.poe.trade/ to exchange that into Chaos orbs for easy trading. Most players that state prices in Chaos Orbs will also be happy to accept Fusings, Jewlers, Alterations, GCP or Vaals in a trade if you ask for it. If you link your Gear i can also try to find more tips on which part you can improve for the least currency. Gem levels are also very big, just need to grind some XP to get the levels on your Gems! I think the Helmet is the first part you should try to upgrade, you can get a lot more ES in that Slot and the Resists on your current one are not all that great too.
Also try to recraft your Dagger, the crafted crit can go up to 27% and it will boost your Critchance alot more then you might think, base crit chance is really big. If you don´t have Vagan 7 to recraft it feel free to ask me ingame, i can do it for you. (IGN:Nefermore) Your Cast when damage taken gems seem to be leveld up really high, you may want to check that, especialy on the Blade Vortex. Keep the Vortex low level and link it on a lvl 1 CwdT and replace the Ass Mark with inc. Crit Strikes. Also your Bladefall and EK are only lv 16/17, the damage wil lgo up alot with levels. Lvl 19 Gems are pretty cheap this league, could check if you can get a cheap corrupted lvl 19 Gem and level your own gems in the offhand. very powerful build
currently lvl 89 melting everything leveling was very fast, when i got trypanon. then i went ci with vagan's dagger at like 65. 10k es right now, i was VERY lucky with alch-scouring that chest o_o |

Great build im running it right now lvl 71 just a few question:

1. Good Question! On Gloves i like the Word of spite and Word of Reflection the most. One of the Physical Spells also does great daamge. On Boots i think the "Lightning Damage if you have not killed recently" is nice. It adds the damage in those fights where you need it. The Cold Damage when hit is also nice. On a Helmet i would like Cyclone attack speed, Bladefall Crit Chance, Bladefall AoE, EK Projectile Speed or just Damage for EK or Bladefall. 2. I tried Uber as Hybrid last League and could not handle the Chaos Damage. Even the Vaal Construct Trash Mobs did hurt realyl hard. In the Trio fight it was to much for me. You may be able to do it if you are good at the fight and good with Flasks by using a combination of a Ametyst and Coruscating Elixir in the Trio Fight. I did not try Uber on the CI Version this League, i may get around trying it later. If you want to Try Uber as Hybrid, i´d say try to have enough Chaos Res to get capped with a Amethyst Flask. 3. I am CI in the latest Videos, without CI i think i would have around 7.5-8k ES + 1.5-2k Life. So EHP pool is roughly the same for Hybrid and CI, depending on Gear which get the higher eHP. ATM i really enjoy the CI Version atm as its nice to ignore Chaos Damage and dont need to hunt for Chaos Res on my Gear. Current Builds:

As you have nearly no Chaos Res on your gear apart from the Mings i´d say try to go CI and see how you like it. Just switch the Mings for a Diamond ring with a nice ES roll.
If you dont like it you can allways switch back to Hybrid! Worst case you waste some regrets. Current Builds:
