Could we hope an update on this build ? Ascendancy-wise?

- Ice bite and Hypothermia have been buffed, if my memory is right.
- Elemental Overload seems great.
- Adding Frost bomb/Vaal Frost bomb in gem set-ups ?

I am playing with herald of Ice in Bitterdream with a reduced mana gem. Does HoI mean the powers of Bitterdream transfers to all my other skills?
Also, it seems the lvl 1 reduced mana of the sceptre overrides the reduced mana gem, is that true?

One of the main changes i would do. is dropping LMP and instead taking two snakebite rings for the extra projectiles and cold dps :)
