It's a bit of a mouthful to see straight up on an item, but it would be useful to have some way of seeing the full info. For example, it could be displayed when pressing ALT, just like we can see the iLVL of the item.

PoE is not a game which serves you everything on the golden plate. For example, in this case, simple observing magic items could tell OP that the same mods with different values have different names which combined with Divine orb description should tell him what to expect from the orb.
