Since you feel the Small Software site known as steam is lieing, do you have GGG's numbers to back up your claim? Nope all you have is a foolish belief that GGG can do no wrong.

It's two different interpretations of the same set of numbers. It is true that the drop off slope is steeper after Labyrinth was released. The counter argument (as I understand it) it that the peak was a bit higher and so the drop off slope should be expected to be steeper because it is a greater percentage of first time players. My view is both is plausible although Occam's Razor would seem to make the second explanation less likely to me.

Lab haters attribute "bad numbers" to the Lab and not something else, eg. Prophecy league, summertime, etc...

If the numbers are even higher this league then the 2 previous leagues, does that indicate that the lab isn't an issue and that these people are just complaining because they don't want to do anything different then M1+M2?

I don't really believe or rely on steam numbers and mostly take the "data" with pinch of salt. GGG could release the numbers but so far no luck in convincing them to do so. I dislike the lab but I don't think that lab is the main reason for bad numbers. As morbo said there are many other factors that we would have to take into consideration to see the full picture and avoid said biased interpretation.

What is M1+M2 Mr forum leader, I am kinda lost with this one?
