I asked for GGG to delete my original account because I had A LOT of money and supporter crap attached to it for a game that I no longer support the direction of.

Well, the way you wrote your post talking about money you had into a game you no longer support paired with the deletion of your account logically implies a full refund. Because why else would you do that? You could just not log in anymore.
