SET FREE THE ASCENDANCY POINTS (or rework the lab) [New ascension methods/lab rework ideas]

Especially when they spend too much on the lore and refuse to fix bad game play because of the investment.

Even loyal streamers go ugh grimace and do it and never look back. you can see the pain and boredom on their faces.

Again. Lore can be an excuse for bad gameplay.

If you are implying that the lab does not have enough "Action" there, you might have problems with the meaning of that word then.

And there is no "bad" gameplay here, there are mostly couple of posters behaving like kids and that believe that the game should catter to all their expectations.

I'm very surprised that you don't recognize that some builds work much better in the lab than other builds. I really thought that you were more PoE knowledgeable than that?

You are not wrong, but it remains a band-aid. The Labyrinth would remain less than mediocre despite its astounding potential, and it would remain hated by many.

It would simply no longer be engaged by most players.

"Band-aid" is not a perfect analogy, but if fixing the Labyrinth to make it fun is analogous to healing a wound, then I'd say "encouraging people to simply avoid the content" is a pretty solid candidate for the band-aid analogy.

Sure but the lab is completable easily with every build that can do content of a comparable level, because shockingly traps can be done with 100% skill and the rest of the lab is the exact same as the game. It's 100% fine and in fact even better that not every build can do all content as easily, in fact the lab is great precisely because different builds are good at it than the rest of the game. GGG should make more content that is easier and harder for different builds, it's great.

Also did you listen to the lore? That's exactly what the story the lore is telling, a guy from sarn and a guy from ezomyre did, they teamed up and the Azmiri totally ran the lab for the Sarn guy.
