Will the Crit Spectre version be useles after those changes or still viable?

Why would it be useless? Damage is already over the top, a slight reduction hardly matters.

Anyone experimented with making this more tanky though?

What are people's thoughts on ditching necro aegis, using glancing blows with bone offering + life on block for a little more tankiness and some sustain? Or is the crit loss too significant?

That's because the PoB is not fully updated however the Community Fork is!
