I think it will be, they said it gets %regen per endurance charge and that's hard to get in ring slot. They haven't hammered down the exact amount but even 0,1% is good, though I'm expecting 0,2%, same as passive.

Ooh, Carnage Heart losing the reduced life/es would be pretty nice (and still not OP, just a nice stat bundle)

I really hope it to be bigger than 0,2% or that they buff the HP/STR or something. But so far looks like Fated Uniques will just have 1 single new line/change, no multiple changes.

EDIT: And this is asking too much (since its already and End Game item) but I wouldn't mind a Rise of the Phoenix with some actual armor on it :-s

It is a bit much, it's a phoenix, not a turtle.

If you think about it, the specialty of a phoenix is kicking the bucket, the flappy bird probably becomes quite complacent about dying at some point, unless it carries an XP penalty. Can't say, Dumbledore never mentioned anything of the sort, but considering it has a bird's brain and that it remembers its master after rebirth I'm assuming there is none.

Granted and approved :)

What could be a fun mod for the shield... maybe if it had a small chance to revive you, something like a 10% is hardly reliable enough to make a HC player drool and it would make some very good after-league statistics.

Wouldn't a more thematic choice for Phoenix be to revive at level 1, but still in the HC league?

Not sure how appealing it would be, but, it could be higher than 10% and the chance to not lose your stuff into Standard on death...

Perhaps;

"Casts level 1 'Flames of Rebirth' on Death
Rise of the Phoenix is destroyed on Death"

Although that might have some hilariously unintentional interactions with the Node that gives your Shield to minions...

- +4 weapon range
