Hey guys
I managed to pick up a couple of rare jewels Should I keep and use these or sell them and get the Izaro's jewels? Damage wise I guess they are pretty much the same, its just the chance to ignite and freeze I would be missing, is that worthwhile? |

Those are great jewels lacal.
Now... What is the clear speed of this build like? It's not SUPER important to me unless I'm playing with my friends, but leaping into a pack and taking what seems like several seconds (because of spell echo) just to cast 1 ice storm makes it feel like forever. This is of course my level 49 self talking, but I have all items needed and I'm fully running CI. Does it get faster? |

" Strong 4 stat jewels generally sell very well. You could probably sell that top one for more than Izaro jewels by quite a bit, then just buy those. what do you guys think about the new CWC gem + scorching ray setup in Whispering Ice? would it work better?

There is strange thing that i noticed: when ball lightning gets triggered by CWDT, we DON'T get 25% fire pen from Mastermind of Discord. Is that supposed to happen?

"discord only gets activated by selfcasting. else, any elemental build in the game could have the penetration type needed active permanently by using a two-link of lvl 1 cwdt with lvl 1 fireball/ice spear/ball light. would be way too easy and not fit the theme of actively switching between the use of spells of different elements. ;) |

Hello there, relative noob to the game, been following this build up to merciless, very solid, but I've been wondering if anyone can tell me what is essentially done differently in this very similar build that also uses scorching ray https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1788023/page/1 , in which the author claims is better than this, I dont have enough game knowledge to tell but what exactly is the trade-off here ?

So, for my understanding .. the 6 sockets on the staff do not need to be linked? They all apply to the skill on the staff?
