I'm not using Cast while Channeling - I did the achievements with the basic self cast Ice Storm build. Cast while Channeling seems way over the top to be honest.
I'm really not sure why, but in the second phase the Shaper jumps on me and 1-shots me with 8.5k ES. I have a second green slot helm for Purity of Ice and I run 3 curses plus Purity/Arctic Armor. It has happened repeatedly - its either wrong positioning on my side, or delay. I just found it easier to dodge the slam in phase 2. Tried Vaal Discipline but that activates slow sometimes, which confirms my suspicion that I have some weird issues. Seems something different from plain lag, because running away seems to work just fine.
Doesn't matter if you use SE or CwC, dealing with the Slam is all about the flasks. They are in the Boss Guide:
When you are not running around, each phase never lasts longer than 2 slams, and those flasks are 2-use too, it's a perfect match.

Ok, guys, now I'm 78lv and able to farm t9-t11 maps, but it is quite difficult to play, I always have to be careful and keep an eye on monsters that could hit me and stop my casting, is it normal ? In 80% cases I can tank monsters, but the percent of dying is still high, usually it happens very fast and I don't understand the reason). It is not because of bleeding or poisoning, I think just because leeching is lower than income damage. That is a problem. I think my gear is not so bad but I got stuck at these tiers of maps, and can't kill Normal Atziri, it is easy to get to her but these fire bursts kill me instantly. I tried to follow your boss killing guide, but even this couldn't help me, when I take 1/3 of her hp, she just oneshot me... my capital is 100 c o, now. and I actually don't know what to buy to be able farm higher maps, kill this shitty Atziri, and not being so fragile.
My current gear
5500k ES (with Discipline), DPU 5530 with golem. 1392 int, and 81 83 83 resists.

your ES is really low
how are you getting your resists so high?
But how to get more es at my lvl without spending 10 ex ? All my resists come from boot, gloves, belt and passive skills
Your belt has no INT on it at all, and your boots only have 29. That's a big reason. I would try to find a belt with 30+ int and the resists you need to stay capped and ignore the es on it for now. INT is far more important than ES because it gives us ES and damage (which helps us leech more).
I honestly wouldn't do too high of tier maps right now. At your level you can still easily get xp from Tier 6-8 and good layout maps. Most of your offense gems and your discipline are only level 18 so you shouldn't be pushing red maps til they're all at least 19.
Your shield will be able to get above 6k in a few more levels. You're still missing 4 int nodes from the tree and 2 more jewel slots, not to mention int on your belt plus getting a crystal belt.

Buy a Crystal Belt and a few essences of Spite. Higher versions of it (40+ int). Then just use essence>like the stats>equip>dont like>scour and essence again.

I would wait and just keep an eye on poe.trade or try to craft one yourself with an essence (there's an essence that grants INT). Short of that, just don't try to push higher-tier maps until you can get better gear.
Check the OP's full skill tree link. There are 3 more jewel slots he recommends. You can look at my tree too. I'm still missing one of the jewel slots but I have 2 of the ones you're missing.
