" No. You will not be able to leech ES efficiently in 3.0. If you still want to play with ES after the nerf, Occultist is probably the way to go. But it's a different play style. |

" We still should see if they buff/add something else. Unique items that add ES leech, gems, etc. Though as far as we know right now, Witch probably isn't a good character to play WI with. |

As a newbee this build has been really fun in 2.6.
Also a really well written guide, that explains what to do, and why. Will get as much out of it before/if we get hit by the nerf hammer. |

is a red socket mandatory on the whispering ice when you hit level 39?
