Ah..I though CoH works for any hit (Scorching Ray, Icestorm), not just the linked skill. Makes sense now. So since CoH is dependent on BL and not the linked CWDT, you can theoretically just use a 4L and manually cast BL to trigger the CoH..right?

Yes. But that's way too much manual labor, and in some situation you don't have time to cast it manually.

But then you would be able to precast it. I will try and relink my armor and see how it works as I have only 2 curses as of now because of becauseof lackof doedres ring. Will see how it works.

BL travels forward, so I think a static ability (like Orb of Storms, but I'm not sure if OoS is AOE or not) with AoE might work better than it.

Pre-casting (with Orb of Storms instead of BL in the curse link) is good against a static target. I recommend that for the top bosses, it's in the Boss Guide and in all my boss videos. But for everything else you are much better off with CWDT BL that curses the enemy on the fly as you move.

will we still have the same amount of dps we have on this build on 3.0? (or at least get close to it)

Maybe, maybe not. We'll need to spend some points on Life instead of Int, which lowers the DPS if you try it in 2.6. But there will be the new Pantheon system in 3.0 that brings new bonuses. We'll see how it all balances out. Beta will only have parts of it, so we won't know until 3.0 is released in July.

I made it public thank you .

1. You took Deep Thoughts, you don't need that, refund it.

2. You have a legacy 100% Pyre ring, so then you don't need Avatar of Fire, refund it.

3. You didn't take Potency of Will, big mistake. Take it ASAP. Refund the AoE node near Amplify until you level up.

4. No Int on your items, wow. You don't seem to understand that this build is based on Int. Replace your chest, gloves, boots and belt with Int gear.

5. The links in the chest don't work. See the Links section.

Hey im 93 and i finishing at 91 with shadow area jewel sockets what should i go for now? didnt understand the last points on ur guide. Also isnt Emperor's wit jewel the best for us?
