You Will Track Down A Powerful "Monster Name" Prophecy - Not always working for some mobs

Myself and various other players are having difficulties getting this particular type of prophecy to complete properly. From what I have been able to see from brief research, some players find it entirely impossible to complete the conditions, while for others the prophecy does work as intended.
It's a large issue when it doesn't work for a rarer type of mob, such as in my case where I needed to find a Rare Brittle Poacher in Normal Difficulty, found only in the Lower and Upper Prison. I invested about an hour of my time hunting down a rare one, only to have it not complete the prophecy or drop a unique, as the prophecy promised. As I said before, the results on completing these conditions are mixed between players, leading me to believe that it might just be certain prophecies that do not trigger properly. In my case, the prophecy name was : "Storm on the Horizon"  Please post your prophecy name in this thread if it also requires a similar condition, and whether it works or not! Update: "The Soulless Beast" prophecy (Hunt down a rare Ancient Construct) worked as intended for me. Fairly certain it's only specific prophecies that are broken

I have "Heart of the Fire" and "Day of Sacrifice 1" for Cruel where I can't find the correct monster types in the areas they are supposed to spawn in.
Would be nice to know if this is a bug or if I'm just missing something. UPDATE: I finally had Day of Sacrifice 1 complete after about 6 full runs of the Vaal Ruins. And it was one pack out of the whole map. I'm sealing Heart of Fire. I've seen a grand total of 3 undying incinerators in about 15 runs of Crematorium and they were all normal. " +1 for this, I also just wasted around an hour and a half hunting the upper and lower prison killing around 10 rare skeletons (presumably brittle poachers) for "Storm on the Horizon" with no unique and no prophecy fulfillment. I even tried sealing the prophecy onto another character to no avail. |

Heart of the Fire in cruel is broken for me as well. I am supposed to find a Rare Incinerator in the Crematorium, but it's just not spawning. I have full-cleared the map ~30 times and have talked to someone else that ran it over 70 times. As for people in global chat asking about it, I just tell them it's broken and to seal it and forget it.

Heart of the Fire, dozens of runs, have seen ZERO of the unique mob type will probably seal and move on...

Use Pit not Musuem.
The guy who used Museum just had luck with random Monsters IGN: MsPoopyButthole
