What do you think "Stacked Deck" will do? Sheriff_K Wins!
Not sure if it's been said...but my best guess is it's similar to a chisel. Use it on a map and it increases the chance for div cards to drop within that map.

You somehow get a same kind of divination card.
Maybe used in conjunction with the Gamble. Or some other form of ways which gets you a card(drops?) Build:

How about these are used as currency spent with Tasuni. For either trading in for divination cards, or for crafting divination cards.

My guess is that we'll be able to put it in the map device to get a garanteed div card drop from the map.

I'm pretty sure that will be something that eats at last one space in Your stash.
Do what You will shall be the whole of the law.

Considering you tell us it was originally meant to be a unique item and has something to do with Wisdom Scrolls my guess is that it's some sort of currency that works as Wisdom Scrolls, with a chance of giving your newly identified item a higher tier on the rolls/an extra mod/turn them from magic to rare, rare to unique (that last one would probably be way too powerful, unless the chance was appropriately low)... :)
Another guess of mine would be something simpler, that I've wanted to see in the game for a while now; an item that works as a non-consumable Scroll of Wisdom. It could only be used for identifying items, not for trading from NPCs, so in that way you would still need at least some Wisdoms, just not as many as you do now (if you have to ID every rare you drop). :D |

Does it give extra magic damage on every fourth hit?

If it's like a wisdom scroll then it would do the following:
Identifying a MAGIC/RARE will ALWAYS have a tier 1 roll Identifying a Unique will improve it's chance to be high rolls | |
Im petty sure that it'll be based on how stacked that eck is. I dont really know what it'll be used for, but my guess is that you cant change the deck's size and of course it does something based on size. Maybe improves quantity for some time?

originally i posted this on reddit:
based on the flavour text of "Lucky Deck" : when the outcome is the same does it matter if it's fortune or trickery . i have 3 predictions: 1. changes a div card into the gambler. 2. changes a full stack of cards into a different full stack of equal amount 3. copies a div card (but this would be too OP) [Removed by Support]
