Legacy Mjolner Owners Screwed

I don't know how to begin, I started playing this game 2.5 years ago and mjolner was the the thing back then. I bought mine for 40ex at that time. The time it was rumored to be going legacy (not told exactly like reach of the council or voidheart) people started to buy it around 80ex. However, Coc builds became more powerful option in time (more than it should be) so legacy mjolner value didn't raise like legacy Kaom's heart did. Price remain constant around 40ex. And now legacy mjolner is piece of crap in a minute. I am sure GGG have their own point but thanks GGG with all my gear dependent on legacy mjolner, now I lost all my motivation to play the game.
FUNNIEST THING EVER "Unique Item Balance: Mjölner: Its chance to cast socketed lightning skills on hit has been increased from 30% to 100%. Use a Divine orb if you want your legacy one to change." You know what GGG I would have actually preferred to sell the legacy one for 40ex yesterday and buy a non-legacy for 20c. It doesn't seem like happening NOW is it? Edit: I have 4 characters above level 90 but my main build which I can enjoy endgame was legacy mjolner build and its taken away. Main Point here is along with having a valuable legacy unique became crap suddenly, all the investments for this build (legacy vinktar, legacy saffel's frame, voll's devotion etc) is meaningless for me now. You sure have a lot of challenges done for someone dependent on an item that's been standard only for quite some leagues.
We fight to delay the end because it's the means that matter.

I have no words for this action.
GGG really fucked up here. My motivation for the new league/expansion is gone. After saving up currency for more then a year in temp leagues i was finally able to gear a rainbownuke character. Now all that investment is gone in a flash. It's Diablo III all over again. This is a giant fuckup GGG. |
