How has Mjolner builds been destroyed?

I am a bit confused as how people are thinking Mjolner is now a bad build. To me it got buffed. 100% to proc on hit. Yes, there was a nerf of 30% damage, but the normal setup and LMP/GMP discharge/life leech/controlled destruction, I think the amount of damage would be more than before.

It is possible I missed something so please let me know if I did.

I have several times. The only nerf it got was 30% damage reduction. But you gain 100% chance to proc now.

It does not. That was only cast on crit. We tested it in standard.

This is a buff.

Mjolnir has a 0.1second cooldown for each spell socketed being recast.

There is a 100ms cooldown per spell. Also only one spell can be triggered per event. This is a Nerf.

Your testing was therefore flawed. I hope you are not a scientist.
