Okay, looking more carefully at Might of the Meek I now realize it says "Notable Passives" not "Keystones". Frankly, I didn't realize previously that there were three types of passive nodes vs two. I thought it was Keystones and everything else. But it is Basic, Notable, and Keystones. Which makes sense and explains this particular effect.

as long as they take an elemental hit of a pure element type(so no fire dmg added to a cold attack ect) that will proc EE,

now usually ball lightning/orb of storms with increased crit is to apply shock witch results in doing even more dmg, also alongside this we have the higher chance of EO triggering :)

I'm not sure if i am doing something wrong this build or what, But at Monster level 80 Temple of atzoatl the Vaal Omnitect Took me 10+ Minutes to kill of just kiting it with RF and the occasional shield charge.

Does this build just not have any DPS, or am I playing wrong? I have 950 str, 8,800+ Life and am insanely squishy even with 5 endurance charges.

When I hit massive bosses i try to use SR as much as possible, it's really good at lowering max fire res. So SR + Vaal RF solve many problems.

Get a 5L or 6L helmet.

edit: And Flasks.

And Jewels.

You can easy craft these things yourself. Just some alts and few regals.

How much Fire Resistance do you have without flask ?
I can't get more than 84%

I play on hc incursion league 89 lvl. What can be changed to be more defensive?

commandment of light should help out a bit for more regen (glove enchant)

but your gear/setup looks pretty top dog to me.

i suggest you upgrade your helmet to have this so your RF is 5 link. add effiacy as your extra gem
(you can get conc effect + burning dmg but the price goes up, plus it reduces your aoe so not worth it IMO)


using this ring (or any with +2 level to socket gems) can make your purity of fire give you an extra % maximum fire res witch translates to even more regen also

Its not about fire res but max fire res. Additional 6% max fire res. Whenever u r in a fight and u feel like your regen is barely holding u kick the flask and baaam regen has to mitigate 6% less fire dmg from RF, additional life regen just like that.
I'm at 86%, with flask 92%.
