Great list of Chancing items, but I did find.
Starforge can only drop from the Shaper in the Shaper's Realm. It cannot be chanced. |

" Check the wiki on Perandus Manor. It doesn't say it cannot be chanced. In fact, it says it is obtainable via a zana map, so if you spawn the correct league and chance the base map item there, it could become Perandus Manor. |
