The Valyrium ring is 3-5c for a decent roll and provides a similar stun benefit as Skyforth. Eye of Chayula necklace makes you Stun immune, but you will lose a ton of dps/ES so I wouldnt recommend it. Honestly, Skyforth are just a luxury and convenience, not remotely a necessity.

A 4 link BV-Curse on hit-PCoC-WM will provide the power charges and curse. It feels a little wonky at first using two different BV's but you get used to it. If you dont like casting an alternate BV (or forget a lot) you could use CWDT instead.
