ci has the advantage of getting vaal pact. It gets a higher health-pool. It also has much higher HoT damage and burn damage due to double dipping grand spectrums. The bottom line is: CI version is much better (but it is very expensive)

I divined mine on standard, it went up to 20% and max es roll. But I guess the new version is better.
