That Harbinger is getting 37129 DPS x 5 projectiles assuming your setup is TS, FA, Pierce, GMP, PhystoL, WED. Barrash shows 267992 for All Arrows using +2 Barrage helm.
The Harby simply isn't good enough to overcome the extra projectiles allowing you to replace GMP in a RoTC. This is a big reason why RoTC was nerfed.
It seems that GMP in Barrage links is a waste with a +2 Helm, since the 4 extra arrows increase the damage by 1.44 (13 arrows/9 arrows, assuming Dying Sun is up) but the damage gets a multiplier of 0.75 due to GMP. 1.44 x 0.75 = 1.08, which means that slotting GMP gives a pretty anemic 8% more damage. How do the PoB numbers compare for ROTC and that Harbinger if you replace the GMP with a PPAD for the Harbinger Barrage links?

I don't use GMP in my Barrage setup, sry if it came across that way.

Your build is a hot mess.
Reread the gem setup part. You should have pierce in there. You don't need both FA and PPAD, pick one or the other.
This is not a cheap build once you get to the highest tier maps. Skyforths help a lot. Hubris with +2 barrage enchant helps a lot. Your rings should be opals.
Here's a secret, if you don't have Skyforths you can get by with boots that have the %chance to avoid being stunned if you've killed recently. That opens your ammy slot for dmg + %ES.
Your bow is weak and you should really aim for a legacy RoTC.
Quick question what makes my bow weak? It has 380 DPS, the guide says 320 minimum, I cant afford a legacy ROTC yet and want to look at getting a better harbi?

And honestly, I can see your tooltips of hundreds of thousands of damage and I get max 25k, could you help me out? Check the char and have any Idea what the issue is? Skyforth even if huge quality of life shouldn't be moving the tooltip too far... and my Harby im using is around 369 pdps, might that be the problem?? really no idea..

bow, jewelry, jewels, level, gems. it all adds up. ur bow is 339pdps btw.
