OP is just flicking shit to see wut sticks. Nerf everything! Amirite? Fact is only 1 thing makes BV/PF/CI OP and that BV hit rate. try face tanking any other spell in que for proof...they know this which is why BV used to hit 100x a second with 50 blades up. was nerfed to 50, still 50 blades which only hit 1x a sec, and now to 20. That will make it super easy to get the full damage, to the point where you'll probably be able to spam a secondary skill to get flask charges such as orb of storms + ball lightning. This would only be matter for bosses, but the overall clear speed would be buffed again since now 3 blades would be like 15 of the original version. A game doesn't need perfect balance to be fun , if you think BV PF is OP just play it what's the big deal lol ? No biggie. 10 blades is next. The likely change is that you've got 1 blade spinning but it does increasingly more damage based on stacks. Also expecting them to make master surgeon not apply to unique flasks and revamp unique flasks as whole (1 flask should not provide more damage/mitigation than all your gear and if it does, it shouldn't be possible to keep it up 100% of the time).
