Unexpected disconnection

Hey there, im really enjoying this awesome game you guys have created!! But for some months now, iam not able to play PoE fluently anymore.
After being ingame for some minutes im getting lags and it feels like if the lags are too long, i get disconnected. Reason: Unexpected disconnection
This also happens if im not changing zone, neither fight or produce any effects etc.

I was using WLAN, but i ve tryed a wired connection aswell.
Ive tryed switching the gateways, didnt really change anything.
Windows Firewall allows PoE to communicate and i dont have any other protective tools beside an antivirus-programm.

If it has something to do with my router settings, i cant tell. Thats an area where i lack the knowledge to operate alone.

Ive noticed there is a packet loss of 6-7%. Ive no idea what this really means and why it happens.

Basically, that packet loss means that those data packets aren't being received by your machine. Which is why you are also getting those disconnections. POE has always been very picky when it comes to packet loss.

Are you running wired or wireless? If wireless, try going wired if you can and see if that helps.

Also, power cycle your router and modem. Turn them both off, unplug them for 30 seconds to a minute, then plug 'em both back in. Re run MTR and see if your packet loss is gone and post the results up for us.
