Tabula Rasa to common?

Not sure which tier is it, but it drops a lot, you can get it through prophecy and divination cards. Does anyone else feel that 6L item should not be that common?

No. Yuge downside, especially in ES meta.

I think it's fine, as it has two huge negative sides.

1) The defenses.
2) The transition required reaching end game.

You choose to use a Tabula, knowing you WILL need something better, and that your new piece might have less links.

Tabula Rasa is a nice thing to have and I think it isn't too common. It's nice to have early on for leveling, and it's absolutely AMAZING when testing new builds in Standard. It's useful but ultimately not that strong; it's not an endgame item. The lack of defense really stands out.

i guess it's just me then.....having 6L from lvl 1 just seem wrong to me....many people talk about downsides, but they just dont seem that big to me.....not even on HC, and sure as hell not on SC :)

oh well, i guess 6L at the start of the game is just about right for direction this game is going

Within the first week or two of the league they are still rare enough to hold a good value, by a couple weeks in 6 links are starting to be made and found through other divination cards or manually anyway.

Its incredibly strong for mule characters, but the amount of people that get to use a tabula from level 1 or even early as a first character is not that many.


Not having any stats whatsoever makes it balanced, you want to replace it as it isn't BIS and dealing with mana cost of a 6 link can be very difficult as well.

I often think of the Tabula Rasa, as a tool of experimentation first and foremost: you throw gems in and see what comes out.

6-link from level 1 isn't a problem, because no character can realistically sustain the mana cost of 5 supports at level 1.
and for someone like me who ... isn't too RNG-blessed ... having an actual 6-link is a huge thing.

please don't take that away with terrible ideas designed to suck the fun out.

Just want to point out that many setup are probably better with just a lifespring from lvl 1, for a while.
