Damn, I was trying to land projectile damage on the belt, but I guess I'll settle for tankiness...

could anyone help me out and tell me an estimated value of this belt?

I found this elder wand and I'm wondering if this is better than pisc wand ...
it's on Xbox so I'll post stats

It will most likely won't. Only 1 flat dmg and mediocre crit roll here (one more crafted stat won't help too much), this wand is only good for starting wanding, still Piscator is cheap and way better.

Lvl 90, only at 1 mill shaper dps, i doubt i'd reach Giammafix's 2 mill shaper dps with 2 more jewels...could someone take a look at my gear? Character's name: ThisIsAFuckinMistake. thanks in advance

So I'm still asking for advice regarding the gear I have. I sacrificed a portion of my dps (currently around 1mln shaper dps) to get more tankiness as 5.5k hp wasn't cutting it for me - maybe I'm bad, but I kept dying to weird stuff all the time. Now I don't, so that's a plus, but I'm looking for ways to regain the damage I lost.

I'm trying to craft an elder shield that gives x%max life, similar to my belt, while having max life and elemental damage, but it's getting tedious to buy essences (need specifics there, fire res).

I'm looking for a rare wand atm, but nothing under 10ex that I've found beats my piscators at all (calculating the culling strike into it). Do I really have to throw like 20+ex to get a better wand?

1-2 things. 1 million dps vs Shaper isn't bad. It's way enought to kill him if you know the fight mecanics. Yeah, more dps will be safer because it will make the fight shorter. But you can achieve shaper kill in few sec with 1 million dps. Keep this in mind.

If you aim for more dps, then there is few way to explain why your dps is so """"low""" :
- Your boots have no enchant. The 1-160 light dmg to attacks enchant brings you a tone of dmg vs boss. It's a realy powerfull enchant ;
- You miss 1 jewel sock (near Alchemist in Witch area). This only jewel sock can brings you as much dmg than boots enchant if you have a realy good jewel ;
- You still have some 19/20 gems in your dps setup. Even a 20/20 corrupt sould be afordable and give you a little, but necessary, dmg upgrade ;
- Your shield lake of resist. A low res shield force you to get them on ring or amulet. And it's not a good thing because res will take the place of dps affixes (remeber rings can have up to 5 explicite dps affixes at the same time, and amulet can have up to 6 explicites dps affixes) ;
- Your rings lake of dmg affixes. A T1 flat light is, imo, the strictly minimum for considering a ring. Check about this search, you should be able to aim for better rings than yours ;
- Your jewels, and more generaly your stuff have flat elem to attacks buff, but of the wrong element. Most of your elem buff came from your tree, and they are mostly for light dmg. Have fire flat dmg will buff your overall dps, but not as much as light affixes. And if you compare your PoB to the PoB of Giammafix's one, you will see that most of his dps came from abyss jewel. And his jewels are essentialy oriented on flat light dmg buff.
- If you don't have a Culling Strike Piscator, you can aim for one with at least 17+ AS / 390+ accu / 28+ crit / 110+ wed.

I don't realy like to do this but I will quote myself for a little point on abyssal jewels :

It totaly depend on your tree, your progression, the stuff you already have, etc.
Note you can build a wander as a starter league, and play it as a wander early in leveling. But this need to have a dedicated tree for this.

What should i look for on rings? flat lightning and what's more important after that? crit chance, multi or wed?

Aim for flat lightning, ele. damage with attacks(the new wed'uh) and accuracy (flat 250+)

Attack speed, other flat elemental damage is ok, multi is hard to get.
