I don't know if poetrade has a check on character levels (directly or through some api), but you have to have a level 25 character on the account to trade away currency and uniques. Maybe poe.trade is getting information that you aren't eligible to trade yet. Just a shot in the dark.

You are using c for your chaos buyout tag which I don't think is supported - http://currency.poe.trade/tags

Try using ~b/o x chaos instead of ~b/o x c and see what happens. Don't forgot to bump the thread after editing and search on account name and not character name
