CULLING STRIKE

Afaik culling implicit is global, but will only work with spells and attacks YOU do that hit.
I suggest you go read ( and/or post your question ) the "Mechanical question thread" in "Gameplay help and discussion" forum. "Metas rotate all the time, eventually the developers will buff melee"

Will not work. It would have to be worded as something like...
"Socketed skills have culling strike" or "Your totems have culling strike" |

Test. I don't trust anything without test/proof. Wiki wrong a lot.

Totems use your offensive stats. Culling is an offensive stat. This isn't rocket science, people.

I find it really hard to appreciate culling strike. If I can get a mob down to the culling level, I can usually kill it. Best it can do is finish off a fight you're going to win anyway.
