how do i deal with single target? i can't seem to even kill the bosses on strands.

I am curious how important is the attack speed? Is it just used for shield charge? I have a really op spell dagger that has half the att speed as brightbeak. Would it be a better choice than brightbeak? Thanks

What's elementalist's crit chance for Fireball and VFB, with AND without diamond flask?
For my inquistor, the VFB crit chance w/ diamond flask is 95% capped, but I can't see elementalist's VFB being crit capped. I guess elementalist's VFB crit chance is around 70~80% with diamond flask?
