Pretty sure that 50% of 0 is 0. That mod with IR wont add to your evasion rating. Could be wrong... but specials like that are global rather than local.

I'm still running a 4 link at level 75+, and had to craft on gear I would normally throw away or burn in a recipe.
But it is quite nice not having to deal with impatient folks who can't grasp the concept I might be in the middle of something too. Yep, totally over league play.

Just got an ex from Whakawairua. Not sure if I want to waste it on a mediocre craft, or send it to trade yet.
