Melee Splash + Impact

Hello.

I have question about those two. Does Melee Splash gem stack with Impact node?
For example:

My dmg. is 10000 and If I link lvl 20 melee splash to some attack gem and also got an impact node, does that mean I deal 124% (12400) damage to surrounding enemies (50% from impact + 74% from melee splash)?

Or i deal 111% (11100) damage to surrounding enemies [ 10000 * 0.74 + (10000 * 0.74) * 0.5 ]?

No. Melee damage can only splash once. Splash damage is however affected by both Less Damage modifiers resulting in even further reduced splash damage if you use both Impact and the Melee Splash Support.

Use either. Not both.
