But in actual fact, no apology was ever mentioned with regards to the entire insults and lies and that you were out of line.

You're partly right. People who are not GGG staff do not have the right to tell people to stop making threads. They have all rights, however, to ask people to stop making threads. If I'm waiting for the bus and the person waiting there with me smokes, I can ask him or her to stop.
However, where did I even ask anyone to stop, let alone tell or demand to?

Yes, we've discussed the caps thing in a different thread of yours. And no, using "fucking" does not automatically mean angry. 鬼殺し called me a "fucking mensch" and I didn't think he was angry. There were hints, like him not writing in all caps and bold and the context.
You, however, seemed angry because of the bold caps (OK, you don't (always) use them that way, the use of fucking (which you didn't use very often if at all in the past) and last but not least, the context. I'm not the only one here who perceives you as angry.
