Problem with lag spikes at peak hours
Hi,
iam experiencing alot of lagspike in the evening hours when playing PoE. I want to describe this as best as i can and give all Information i have. The problem usually occurs between 7pm and 11pm on every day. I have a ping around 50 to 60 when connecting to various PoE Servers in Europe. During the times mentioned above i have lag spikes every 2 to 5 seconds. this makes playing in the evening times downright impossible. If i try PoE between 11pm and 6pm its fine. I havent found a game i tested that behaves the same as PoE during the same hours. I tested: StarCraft 2 Diablo 3 WoW Counterstrike GO Battlefield 3 and 4 Smite Borderlands 2 Coop Campaign I live in the south western region of germany. I made some tests with WinMTR which will be included here. I will upload some traces of other times tomorrow. https://pastebin.com/s9Ng7yPp https://pastebin.com/eW81xD1a https://pastebin.com/mGcyGsNK https://pastebin.com/2S0MKfmr Some help or advice would be nice. Here is a trace i did this morning https://pastebin.com/08XXsWcc As you can see everything is fine. Последняя редакция: enkyu#1881. Время: 5 мая 2017 г., 02:04:13 Last bumped5 мая 2017 г., 02:06:21

Id wager its an overloaded node on your isps side, seeing as its what I've been dealing with for the past 6-8 months with similar issues.
all in the routing sadly. I played on predictive to reach 100 in LHC this league to counter it. Spooky but doable. |

" It's always ur ISP fault, even if every other game at the same peak hours is pretty stable, without any lag spikes, disconnects etc. |

" Hide your unnecessary sarcasm somewhere deep enough. It IS his ISP\hardware issue. Problems clearly starts @ 192.168.125.13 node which shows ping spikes and start of packet loss. So tell me, smart***, whose IP it is? Maybe GGG's, hm-m-m? Remember, suffering is convenient.
That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort. |

Already thanks for the answers.
I added a trace i did this morning everything is fine. If it is my ISP how likely ist it, that they can change the routing. Is it common for ISP's to react to problems like this? I mean all in all the service is fine no problems with it. |
