Yes, this is a very good starter build

Quick question, why is this called GC miner if you still use arc for mapping after leveling?

I think cuz when u start doing harder content u use GC. Tree and items are better to support GC ( Phys scaling ) then Arc. Arc can do maps, but got less burs on high bosses. So U lvl with arc to get good clear speed on acts and early maps, but after u got Stat stick GC well get much bigger damage.

Acro is good.
GC is the better skill for insta gibbing bosses but you can make arc work if you don't want stuff to fall over dead instantly.

Do you go double The Princess ?
Or do you use a single one ?

you need to trigger it yourself most of the time, but its not that much of a prob once you are in the mid-endgame, since GC deletes screens. for bosses you drop a spelltotem linked with detonate mines and just keep throwing mines until the boss melted away. not that good of a strategy IMO in maps though, since you get out of range very fast and its quicker to simply drop and deto a mine

Can you please fix the PoB to not to have too few dex?
Yes it's only a few points that you have to get on something but within a guide it would be nice to have everything ready without needing to workout missing stuff.
