Ruthless DOES NOT affect your tooltip at all. But yes it brings more DPS to the table, try and put your gear/gems/tree in path of building and see for yourself.

So, I got these...
As you can see it's got a very nice life roll, and great movement speed....but zero resists which I will need. Would boots with those rolls be worth paying the 2 exalted to enable multiple crafted mods do you think? Or should I continue my search? Just looking for opinions. |

Just like Moonbeat said - the links are listed in order of importance so yes , leave out Maim @Moonbeat Don't forget that multimod is also a mod, so with it you'll have only 1 slot left to craft something on these boots. Great build, I'm 74 chieftain on HC abyss, doing great. Any advice on what I should upgrade first? I'm stockpiling for belly of the beast.
