[3.x - Discontinued for now] Burning Spectres - Torch the Atlas - HC Shaper, Elder, Uber Atziri

Was planning to go to level 100 (currently 96) as SSF, but can't continue anymore right now. Build was entirely centered around the Wickermen. How am I supposed to find new ones in SSF when I have no more damage?

Can't believe GGG has done this right in the middle of the league.

More than a bit odd... I've never seen them nerf something in the middle of a league like this before. Normally they just wait for the end of the league, then drop the nerf. Maybe there is some other factor at work here?

Anyway, I've had really good luck running up to T11 with the WM from the ruined square. Maybe you can work your way back up to T15 - T17?

For me, open 2 Overgrown Ruin and only managed to find wicker man in one of them and currently using 4 wickerman to map. Also desecrating wickerman took rather long, did not time but definitely 2 to 3 times longer than the previous way.

And yeah, Palace map yields neither wicker man nor vanguard.

I rolled increased monster variety on overgrown ruins and was able to get both TVs and WMs.

Hmm I was spamming Desecrate for at least 5 minutes but didn't see any TV or Wickers in Overgrown Ruin. Guess I'll try more than one as well then.

Ok I found a Wickerman in Overgrown Ruin on my 2nd map (blue map just had Temp Chain and less Curse effectiveness on it). This one actually had Wickermen in the map itself, not just Desecrate. First map didn't, and didn't have it on Desecrate either. You have to try multiple maps most likely.

Can confirm wicker men in Overgrown Ruins. However, out of two maps i ran, only one map spawned any WM at all.

SO this evening i ran 2 shaper realms.1st got my wickermen and starforge, sold other portals for a total of 1 shaper set and 30 chaos, second realm i got Vanguards and a ruby flask, sold other portals for a total of 50 chaos, Was a good evening for me, and i logged out and back in with total joy in my heart. Goodnight yall.

Selling portals -- fuck that. To hell with this kind of "community".

anyone managed to find t16+ wickerman somewhere?
i don't want to swap my t17 vanguard for t15 wicker

No such luck for me. Run 3 overgrown ruins so far, only managed to find TVs, and only in the first map.

I think I'll just play with my current 3 TVs from OR, plus one WM from the ruined square. If he dies, I can always pop back over and desecrate a new one. Eventually I'll find a high level one in maps.

OTOH, I tested logging out and back in, and I still have my spectres, as advertised! :)

On an unrelated note, my stone golem seems to die a fair bit more often than yesterday.
