AMD Radeon R9 200 series problems?

Hi i don't know if this is the right place to post this but here goes! as you have seen by the titel i suspects my r9 290 card to be the problem, i usually have the game running atleast 12h a day before the expansion 3.0 and never had any problem but now my computer says it ran into a problem and have to shut down (collection data) and restarts. Mind you i have tried playing overwatch and rocket league for an extended time to test if my computer was at fault (haven't replaced any hardware) and everything was fine infact my card works less in those games. I have even tried benching my proccessor and grafics card in heavens benchmark and my results was the same to see if my system can take the load and it seems like it's working. my other suspect is my optic cable connector to my speakers it seems like it happens more often if i use my speakers than my headset (usb). Now i know AMD cards doesn't like PoE speaking from personal experience but never like this. It has happened only in my hideout and maps wich maybe indicates my card can't cope with everything that's going on or maybe something else?. Please respond if anyone have a "fix" im going crazy about this i love PoE to much to just quit and buy new hardware then play. I don't have that kind of money (poor man) regard the desperate bearded man
