Also you don't need a White helmet - The essence works on rare :)

Buy a ilv84 bone helmets doesn't matter rarity just not corrupt ones. I paid 1c for mine it was a rare with crap stats.

- Looking at the tree - since Mininon Damage Nodes are good for everything including our DoTs
The two points into Lord of Dead are viable for 2500 dps for righteous fire
The Scourge gives us so many ways of getting more damage.

Like I said very similar trees, I basically just went to the right towards shadow instead of into templar so that I could grab the 2 chaos clusters, life, etc..

I use the new blight gloves for an effective 6L blight as my boss killer with a wither totem setup. I have 2 of the blight jewels in as well.

I'm using The Perfect Form as my chest combined with Atziri's Step giving 46% spell dodge and a mana free arctic armour. Only other aura is max clarity.

On weapon swap I have a 6L +3 caustic arrow setup with rearguard quiver for my map clearing. Caustic scales with all the same nodes and doesn't require accuracy for the aoe so it works extremely well. With 2 reckless defense jewels that makes rearguard basically equiv to our normal shield for the same max block.

That's pretty much it. I'd like to try your guide setup some time. Perhaps after my next project I can respec a bit and have a go as I've never tried scorching ray.

This is build seams very nice, but is a completely different build. How good it will be without the amulet and none standard hear i can not tell.
