I usually take NA last. Idk if 6k is enough, it depends on his buffs. You should also dodge his abilities (Blink Arrow :)).

6L Quill + Kaom's + Dying Sun = 8-9 ex.

i see budget 50c is good, hope this build can play in version 3.1.
I think use bow +3 skill and craft blood magic and use other gem support EA.
can i do it ?

You may use a +3 bow with a single target setup in your off-hand.

3.1 Rip - No Perandus mode from Zana, isn't flask be much harder to get ?

I don't know if you can have zerphi with those cards, but my guess yes this build won't be for this league :( I had so much fun with this one in Harbringer (and made a shitton of currency of course:))
