I would say nothing has changed. The build still works. I plan on using it for my Delve starter.

*edit, there is some incorrect info in the build now, such as we do not need to worry about phy reflect due to ascendancy changes since 3.1. I would read it carefully to weed that kind of stuff out. Check out my standard char 'fearmycat'. Passives/jewels for this build are up to date for 3.3 if you want a reference.
