Need help fixing my build (33k dps at lvl 90 :S )

Hi everyone :

I'm playing aaa ranged Scion and after cheking some guides i mixed a coup`le that i liked and that they hard lots of talents in common:

The thing is that when i think that my dps is too damm low (I'm level 90) because my tornado shoot is doing 15K Wrath + herald of ice with no charges , with frenzy + power charges i get 33k , but i feel that this is still too low.

My ascendancy is Elementalist+Raider and Im using Ice + Chaos golem (i feel like i lack survival when i go fire+Ice)

My gear (Im planing remove Poison and add Increade critical but im farming chromatics)

For mapping that sounds fine for tornado shot dps. Can't go based on tooltip...
