Thanks. I've got enough MTRs now. I have raised this with our provider and will see what they can do.

Thanks a bunch! We just want to enjoy this awesome Expansion! xD
The issue seems to have magically fixed itself overnight. 218.100.78.56 appears to nolonger lose packets.

No change. Still horrendous as ever for me as a telstra user.
Ascension tied to Lab is the worst thing GGG has done...apart from GGG's philosophy on Trading. Oh and Gambling Loot boxes. And selling out to tencent.

I used to love GGG. I supported to ensure GGG remained independent, now I just wish I could get my money back. -_-
iiNet here, steady 33-35ms since about midday. Zero ping spikes.

im a telstra user as well with crazy latency spikes in the last couple weeks
I'm in the UK and have too been experiencing random lag spikes. its not quite as bad as it has been the last few days but its still certainly present.

Hi guys, just adding my two cents. Also IINET customer and also having these latency spikes.
Also had this issue before and it went away.

It seems to only be occurring during peak times though so it might be that the ISP is shaping this particular type of traffic during these time periods.

It isn't iinet doing it. If you call them regarding this (with enough jumping up and down after they tell you to power cycle your modem 44 times), they will conduct tests and this is not an issue anywhere but when it comes to POE.

If you look through this post you will see this has happened multiple times before and it was eventually GGG who fixed something (not sure from a technical point of view what it was, I don't remember if they said), and once they said they fixed that part it was perfect for iinet customers.

It also isn't localised, its all over Australia no matter from where, regardless of the connection speeds.

We went through the "its your ISP" with GGG the first few times and I am going to say this is the same issue as we have previously had.

EDIT - Considering how big iinet and the companies who use iinet are in Australia now (internode, TPG, etc) this is something that affects so many customers.

It was gone this morning like Desslokk said, but it's gone to utter shit again at the exact same spots again.
