I think i will make this build looks great but i have some question ;) 1. What about Elder Rings to have Life on Hit? It will be a good one? 2. How you generate Power Charges 3. A sceptre is okay, although they're more expensive than other stat sticks. From my experience, the cheapest stat sticks are usually axes, the most expensive, sceptres (because of their implicit).
